Return Eligibility
Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. With the exception of perfumes, watches, glasses, and skin-contact items, the exchange and return period is one day, provided the return option is stated on the purchase invoice, and in all cases, the item must be in its original condition.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- The product was purchased in the last 14 days.
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You have obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us.
Note: Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Exchange Policy
You can exchange the product for another one or return it for a gift card. Exchanges are accepted once per order number.
Exceptions:
- Products purchased with a gift card or during a special promotional offer cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Electronics cannot be exchanged or returned if the packaging has been opened.
- Beauty products (such as nail polish, lip liners, lipsticks, mascara, deodorants) cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
- Quantities are limited to 2 per customer (per the same offer or bundle).
Damaged Products
If you received a damaged product, please inform us immediately.
The product must be returned to our warehouse for inspection and approval by our quality control department.
Once approved, the exchange will be processed. Aromacare covers the shipping costs for exchanging damaged products.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN):

Once you have an RMN, please send the product along with the receipt,proof of purchase, and RMN, specifying whether you want to
exchange the product or receive a gift card, to the following address:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs related to returning the product are non-refundable. The return shipping cost is 2 Kuwaiti Dinars (daily rate applies).
Customers are responsible for shipping costs and the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipment to and from Aromacare.
Note: Any order exchanged more than twice will incur a fee for the third exchange.
Discounted Products
The price of discounted products can be refunded.
